Perfect Party Cake

I am a member of the "Daring Bakers" from today!
The challenge for the month of March was a "Perfect Party Cake".
I enjoyed making this cake. But I'd better practice baking sponge cakes.

Thai BBQ Pizza

I used Thai BBQ sauce, instead of regular BBQ sauce. The reason was that simply BBQ sauce was out of stock at a grocery store near my house.

Naan

I love baking breads. Especially kneading yeast dough and the scent of freshly baked bread. Making Naan was much easier than I was thinking. If you have made breads a couple of times before, you can make Naan without any difficulty.
Ingredients
A
600g All-purpose flour
10g yeast
1tbs sugar
1tsp salt
B
300cc lukewarm water
1 egg
C
1/4 cup melted butter
1.Mix A in a bowl and stir
2.Add B into A and knead about 10 minutes until smooth.
3. Place dough in a well oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and set aside to rise. Let it rise 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in volume.
4.Punch down dough.Equally divide the dough and roll between your palms to form 6 round balls.Cover with a towel, and allow to rise about 10 minutes.
5.Roll one ball of dough out into a thin circle. Lightly oil the frying-pan.Place dough on pan, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or lightly browned. Brush with butter.
